We want you to love your new Pink City Prints pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return window for all new-in clothing items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the clothing in its original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
